Matthew Reynolds is Head of Global Markets at Dr. Reuter Investor Relations and CEO of boutique consultancy and advisory firm, Austlinx. With over 30 years of experience in consulting, accounting, and advisory roles, he has worked with Australian and global companies in a wide range of capacities and is now based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Matthew specialises in supporting ASX-listed and internationally listed corporations with dual listings on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as well as engaging with European retail, sophisticated, and institutional investors.

Through his consultancy, Austlinx, he advises on strategies for Australian companies in Europe, project finance, strategic investor engagement and assisting Australian corporates in Europe.

He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales in Sydney and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
Matthew has been a member of the German Australian Business Council for over five years and joined its board in 2024.

He is passionate about helping Australian companies connect with European investors and stakeholders, and about increasing awareness in Europe of ASX small- to mid-cap companies.
